Guy changed RCON and added himself to Mani & How to stop

He also deleted everyone.

I restored the clients.txt, banned the kid by IP and by SteamID and added several protections to the server.

This incident should not occur again. Please let me know if there are any further problems. I'll post the solutions on the "technical help" part.
