Your server still get's DOSed every so often and I can confirm it's still possible today. The interesting thing is, a bug in rcon that was fixed weeks ago is still being abused on your server. Why is this? Your server binary has not been updated...you(or your server provider) can do this either manually, or by using the -autoupdate (Automatically updates the server whenever updates are released) Launch Switch in the server startup command.

Update your server and the problem will be gone.

Update: It works for one of the commands (if they're using it from out of the server) but if they do the other say command, the autoupdate does not help.

Ok...I have no idea what you're talking about with regards to say commands. The -autoupdate flag is part of the css server startup command, either you have access to this through your server admin panel, or if you have direct access to the hardware, if not, you have to tell your host to use this flag. Here's an example startup command

o.O I DO have that on the server. The say commands are rcon say commands (which can still crash the server). Updating fixed part of it but not all of it.
